When you make a donation to PSTF123, we apply the funds toward scholarships to students at a school of your choice. Since PSTF123 is certified by the IRS as a 501(c)3 a non-profit organization, all contributions are 100% Tax Deductible! You can recommend a student when you make your donation and help with his/her tuition. Our Selection Committee will review it alongside the student’s application when we make award decisions. RECOMMEDATION: Donors can recommend a student or a school, however, actual scholarships are subject to the discretion of PSTF123. Scholarships are awarded without regards to the students’ race, national origin, color, familial status or handicap. Scholarships are used for K-12 students attending private schools in Arizona. At least ninety percent of donated funds received will be used for scholarships.
NOTE: A school tuition organization cannot award, restrict, or reserve scholarships only on the basis of a donor’s recommendation. A taxpayer may not claim a tax credit if the taxpayer agrees to swap donations with another taxpayer to benefit either taxpayer’s own dependent. A.R.S. 43-1603 (C). Any designation of your own dependent as a potential recipient is prohibited.
